FAQ
Prison & Care Leavers

We aim to manage homes for thousands of prison and care leavers, across the UK. We will be working in partnership alongside Prisons, YOT Teams, Council’s, Social Services Departments, and specialist organisations.

Our housing will provide cost-effective Facilities Management, as well as specifically designed, affordable and purpose-built accommodation, direct to our clients.

Professional staff will be on-site to support clients, and to ensure that our properties remain safe, secure, clean and well-maintained. This will guarantee that our clients will have the very best living environment, in which to live, develop and grow, as individuals.

FAQ
Residential Development

Our Development Plan is to build new homes, for both sale and rent.

The homes we sell will generate necessary surplus revenue, in order to allow us to continue delivering social housing, to those who need it the most.

We will build, and then market any of our Grant Funded, Market, or Affordable Rented homes.
